Account Registration

Please note that we do not offer direct international shipping.
Before registering, please make arrangements with an international forwarding service on your own,

Then, please follow the steps below to complete your account registration:

1.From the prefecture dropdown menu, select “Tokyo.”

2.In the municipality/address field, enter your address in your home country.

3.On the next page (Shipping Address Input page), if you are using an international forwarding service, please enter the Japanese domestic address issued by the forwarding service provider.

You can use the international transfer services listed below.

Important Notes

◆Arrangements for international shipping must be made by the customer.

◆Our services are limited to product manufacturing and domestic shipping within Japan.

◆In the event that a product defect is confirmed, we will reproduce the product at our expense and arrange domestic shipping within Japan.
After you contact us and we have verified the issue, we will proceed with the reproduction.
Please note, however, that any arrangements and costs associated with international forwarding services must be handled by the customer.
